Young Lion has shown his versatility through the years by taking 2years out and Djing Jungle, Hip Hop and RnB between 1992-94, and also ran a specialist Dancehall Aerobics class in 2003 for a year, but had to discontinue due to his busy schedule.

Young Lion can now been seen regularly tearing up the clubs all around da UK with not just da best in Dancehall but also Funky House, Rnb, Hip- Hop, Bassline etc. Hence why he has been given the alias "Mr All Purpose" and heard on BBC 1xtra every Thursday nite 1am-5am. The sky is truly the limit for this talented selector.

More About Young Lion

Where were you born?

Your favourite hobby and/or present as a kid
Playing on my dad's set. Me and my bro would split his records in half then have a clash.

How you got into being a DJ/presenter
Going with my dad and learning the trade as a lil' boy on pirate radio stations. Even if he gave me a turn to select one tune, I was over the moon.
