Jamaica's newest reggae-boy group X-ALE

X-ALE is a talented vocal group hailing from the parish of St. Mary, located in the beautiful island of Jamaica. The group has been singing together for approximately nine (9) years, although the members (namely Dwayne Cameron-D.wayne, Omar Brown-Mr. Smooth & Clive Bryan-C.Note), have known each other for over fifteen years.

D.Wayne is a pass student of the St. Mary's High School and is an accomplished cricketer and artist. Boys II Men, Brian McKnight and Kevon Edmonds are acts he used to emulate as a child and now can easily imitate any of them!

Mr. Smooth as the name suggests, is the man with the smooth, sultry voice! A former footballer for Albany United, located in St. Mary. As one of the main writers of the group, his hands are always busy with the pen.

C.Note the laid back or 'quiet' man of the group is the younger brother of the late DJ Panhead. This singer/electronics technician is determined, through X-ALE, to continue his big brother success.

X-ALE is no stranger to the cabaret scene performing regularly on Jamaica's north coast hotel scene. Known as Jamaica's answer to "The Temptations" or "Manhattans", they have graced properties such as Couples Ocho Rios, Breezes Montego Bay, Beaches Royal Caribbean, Sunset Beach Resort & Trelawney Beach Hotel (now Starfish), just to name a few.

R & B to Reggae to hardcore dancehall and they have the ability to "excel" in any of these genres of music! This relatively new group has made appearances on National Television stations including personal interviews on popular radio stations. X-ALE are two time Grand finalists in the islands longest running talent competitions. Tastee Talent Competition and the popular song contest, Versatility is one of X-ALES' noticeable attributes, and because of this, the group has also been opening acts of the very successful Heineken Star time series, sharing the stage with some of the legends of Reggae today such as: John Holt, George Nooks, Ken Booth, The mighty Diamonds & Derrick Morgan... and the list goes on!

On the Dancehall scene, X-ALE is also very creative, with their energetic, unique style of fusing harmonious melodies with hardcore lyrics. Their latest single entitled, "Every Woman" on the NEERG MUSIC Label. Their songs are pleasing to the ear and with songs like "24 Seven" and "I need you"; the group has the ability to adapt to various international styles of music!
X-ALE have recently been 'discovered' by (NEERG MUSIC) bare, so this very talented trio aims to be the next generation of superstars & with help from GOD, their continued hard work and dedication and with the support of the people who listen their is destined to become a reality.
